A little bit about us…

Ross Business Consulting has been involved within manufacturing, industrial, and commercial industries for over 40 years and has developed solid ‘hands on’ experience analysing, developing, growing and restructuring a range of organisations over that period.

With a marketing and general management background with recognised International and Australian based companies including SKF, BTR Sealing, Nylex Automotive and Alstom, Ian Ross, principal of Ross Business Consulting has been involved with the ongoing pursuit of innovative thinking to drive business development,  growth and sustainability.

During 2009 Ian took the decision to utilise his experience and skills to provide professional consultancy services to Victorian based businesses that faced immediate business challenges and/or had the desire to develop management capability to underpin business growth and sustainability.

Over that period Ian has also developed an extensive network of contacts within the Professional Services Industry and draws upon the skills available from within that network on an as required basis, to provide additional value to his clients.

Furthermore, and as a part of our service, we research and investigate the availability of Government funding support for projects undertaken on behalf of our clients.
